Achieving the Ultimate Cup...

A great many coffee roasters profess to providing their customers with "seed to cup" coffee solutions yet have never even been to source, let alone have any control over their coffee's production.

Although the "seed to cup" concept is an extremely marketable one, it is one that requires years of travel, understanding, partnerships, experience and resources in order to accomplish fully. For years, we have worked towards building a coffee program that would control every aspect of the coffees journey, and only recently have we been able to offer a selection of Trademark Coffees that adhere to the fundamental aspects of direct sourcing. To better understand the amount of detail that goes into such as program, we have posted a document that clearly defines an example of "seed to cup" sourcing, written by one of our partners.
