Fluid Air Bed Roasting suspends the green coffee beans in a chamber of forced hot air and roasts these beans by way of convection heat transfer. Although we are strongly committed to this roasting technology and believe that it can produce spectacular quality, consistency and flavour, we are not in any way suggesting that it is superior or inferior to the traditional drum roasting method; merely different.
