After months of research and consumer demand, La Spaziale launched their Dual Boiler Espresso Coffee Machine. The S-1 Vivaldi features an independent steam and coffee boiler with an optional 15 or 20 amp current draw. Simply program the unit to draw the additional 5 amps as required. This model also possesses an adjustable heat exchanger temperature control directly on the Front Control Panel. This machine has been available since 2005 and has been running flawlessly since the day it was offered. With over 400 units sold in North America in its first year of availability, we have yet to hear of one return on this unit.
